Does Microsoft really have records management capability in its new Office 2010 Suite?

Out-of-the-box SharePoint 2010 DOES have a set of basic recordkeeping capabilities (perhaps 70% of what a typical Fortune 1000 company would require), although it is not 5015.2-compliant capability.
